Whitley Neill Blackberry Gin

An exceptional gin of that evokes the flavours of rural England and memories of Johnny Neill’s childhood.

This gin tastes of fresh plump berries and hints of floral hedgerow. 

Containing a smooth flavour, with a core of delicious, piney juniper followed by zesty sweet citrus and hints of wonderful black pepper.

The finish has a little earthiness alongside the warming spice of cassia.

PERFECT SERVE: Forbidden Fruit

Ingredients; 50ml Whitley Neill Blackberry Gin
Lamb & Watt Hibiscus Tonic Water
1 dash of plumb bitters
Clapped mint
Bruised blackberries

Method: Add gin to a balloon glass half-filled with ice. Top with Lamb & Watt Hibiscus Tonic Water. Stir well and garnish with clapped mint and blackberries.

SIMPLE SERVE:

Fresh blackberries
