- 1 bottle extra chilled of Freixenet Cordon Rosado
- 4 ounces brandy (We suggest Peach Brandy)
- 2 tablespoons rose water
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 white peach (or nectarine) finely sliced
- Combine all of the ingredients (except the rose petals) in a large chilled pitcher and chill.
- Serve cold in wine glasses.
- Add some optional rose petals as garnish.
