Frexienet Grapefruit & Basil Martini

Ingredients: 

  • 2 basil leaves
  • ice cubes
  • 1 ounce grapefruit juice
  • 1 ounce syrup
  • 1 3/4 ounces gin
  • Splash of Freixenet Cordon Negro
  1. Muddle basil and syrup. Add the gin and the juice and shake hard with ice for 20 seconds.
  2. Strain ingredients into a martini glass and top with Freixenet Cordon Negro.
  3. Garnish with a basil leaf.
