Chanson Beaune TeuronsPrint
Chanson has represented the best of Burgundy for more than 250 years, growing it’s own grapes, partnering with other growers, bottling, selling and shipping it’s own wines. Founded in 1750 the house of Chanson belongs to the first generation of wine merchants who began trading in Beaune. Chanson can count Voltaire, Lamartine, and the Bonaparte family among it’s clients and belongs to the major 5 historical houses of Beaune (with Jadot, Latour, Drouhin and Bouchard Pere & Fils.)
Bright ruby red. Pungent bouquet of violets and red berries mixed with subtle hint of spiciness. There is a good follow through of the fruit onto the palate enhanced by subtle oak nuances. Concentrated, well balanced and well structured with an elegant tannic structure.
