Carmen Insigne Merlot
Insigne is our line created to highlight Chile’s most valuable assets: the beauty of its valleys and the richness of its fruits. The grapes that give origin to Insigne grow at nature’s rhythm and fully mature, expressing vivacity, harmony and purity, making each variety unique.
On the nose, black fruits such as blackberries and plums stand out, along with subtle spicy notes that appear together with hints of vanilla, caramel and toast. A wine with a great, fruity, intense and fresh finish.
Ideal wine to accompany pasta, fatty fish such as salmon, well seasoned white meats and lean red meats.
