Ingredients:

  • 65ml Freixenet ICE Rosé
  • 15ml Rose Vodka
  • 2.5ml Mastica
  • 35ml Fermented Plum

 

Garnish with an edible flower or column cut ice.

Method:  Mix all ingredients into a chilled highball glass, stir and top with Freixenet ICE Rosé
