A taste of down under with award winning McGuigan winemaker
Neil McGuigan, multi award winning winemaker of McGuigan wines was in Belfast recently to lead a selection of guests including reviewers, trade representatives and wine enthusiasts in a tutored tasting of the McGuigan range of wines. Northern Ireland is the biggest market per capita for McGuigan’s Black Label anywhere in the world and the tasting event, which we as the agents hosted, was held in the idyllic setting of Belfast Castle. Guests were led by Neil in sampling a selection of wines from the award-winning McGuigan Label including the new Black Label Sparking Rosé, and ‘The Semillon Blanc 2011’, the Discover Shiraz Viognier and Tempus Two Borytis Semillon. The wines perfectly accompanied each course of a gourmet meal.
