Chateau St Martin de Graves

Chateau St Martin de Graves

The story of St Martin de Graves begins in the XV century. Historical documents show that in 1453 the Marquis Saint Martin de Graves lived in the Chateau during summer months. His wealth was created from wine and general trading. The vineyards thrived for the following 5 centuries until the second worlds war when the family became decimated by the ravages of war abandoning the Chateau. After 50 years new owners acquired the property and land, new vines were planted and the buildings renovated. Today the wines produced are served at the best restaurants in France.

Full of wild red fruits and flowers, the taste is subtle and long lasting with a balance of freshness and maturity.
