Klein Constantia Cabernet Sauvignon
From the cradle of the new world wine business charmingly situated south of Cape Town, Klein Constantia has as much history as most European wine producers. Whilst paying due respect to it's illustrious past it declines to remain stuck there. Since Adam Mason was installed as winemaker at the property, his whirlwind talent has bought a new face to the style and quality of the wines.
Deep red in ruby colour with striking complex aromas of blackcurrant, mint and cedarwood. Firm tannins are well balanced by supple, dark berry fruit, leading to a long and savoury finish.
