Our dessert wines offer a range of styles and flavours but all of them are gorgeous!
Although still very much a niche market, it is showing signs of life again as consumers’ interest grows on the back of the ‘celebrity chef’ movement and in food preparation and ingredients in general. Here too the array of choices is impressive.
In most case the grapes on our ‘stickies’ are harvested deliberately late and ideally when the grapes have grown some ‘noble rot’ on the skins. This has the consequence of concentrating the flavours and enabling a high residual sugar level.
