The house of Croft was founded over 300 years ago, and was acquired by the Fladgate Partnership in 2001. The vineyards are producing fruit of increasing depth and flavour with each passing harvest.

The House of Croft has been an important player in this style of Port for many years. The House policy is to bottle at six years from the harvest to gain best maturity yet retain the plump, full berry fruit flavours. Produced only in years in which the harvest has been very good, Croft LBV is a consistently approachable, ready to drink Port with good colour and an attractive fruity, rich taste

Produced by the Gonzalez Byass group which for over 170 years has committed itself to research and quality for it's range of products. Their history of importing Sherry wines goes back to Elizabethian times. A real food lovers wine with a wide range of styles and flavours.

Croft Original pale cream is a suitable blend of the pale dryness of quality fino sherry, with the added depth and body of a cream. It is both light and delicate in colour, yet smooth and luxurious in its taste. Like all fine white wines, Croft Original is best served chilled from the fridge, as an apperitif.

Roeda is Vintage Port of a very good year from the Croft estate, Quinta da Roeda, arguably the best property in the Douro Valley. This Single Estate Vintage Port will normally mature more quickly than the main classic vintages and will show its robust style to perfection within ten to fifteen years.
